·  Development of the Social Studies Knowledge Map tool in partnership with the SNF Agora Institute at Johns Hopkins and ongoing curriculum evaluation funded by the Louis Calder Foundation.

·  Supervised school observation and assessment team in Rhode Island during comprehensive review of major urban school district.

·  Development team for Johns Hopkins Survey of School Culture survey instrument and helped to implement pilot study.

·  Participated in development of new master’s program in education policy, including course design and syllabi for statistics sequence.

·  Assistance in preparation of project and grant proposals related to civic education for funders including Altman Foundation, Louis Calder Foundation, NSF, and Spencer Foundation.

·  Conducted classroom observations and assessments of standards alignment and teaching practice in Massachusetts using the IPG for grade 3-8 math.

·  Conducted classroom observations and assessments of standards alignment and teaching practice in North Carolina as part of a longitudinal evaluation of a curriculum implementation, K-4 ELA.
